Our policies are valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are sorry, but we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping costs are not refundable. Opened products returned in their original condition will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Products returned in their original condition but missing their original packaging will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returned items that have been installed or damaged will not be accepted.
Customers must inspect all packages prior to signing the carrier's waybill. All damage should be noted on the waybill and notified to us within 24 hours. amorho must receive notice of any hidden damage within 7 business days of the date of delivery.
You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method.
Delayed or Lost Refunds
If you do not receive your refund for a while, please first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially issued.
Next, contact your bank. It usually takes a little time to process the refund before it is posted.
